That never happened to me in the two times I exchanged and more over it was very smooth..

Another successful old mobile exchange at FK ..
Bought Realme 11 x 5 and exchanged Realme 7...
Got 4,150 as exchange value which was the same as the quoted while ordering...

I buy a lot from both FK and Amazon for the last 7 years or so and was never cheated by both of them ...
Like I have around Amazon orders and 500 FK orders.. I bought three iPhones and three iPads all from FK...
After Walmart takeover, FK is well ahead of Amazon..until then Amazon was ruling..
Inital days, FK was farce.. later improved quite a lot..

I got cheated only once on Amazon ( they sent normal fruit juice powder, instead of Pre -work out powder).. but that was expected when I was oredring from some unknown seller, but still got my money back...

The key to get reliable and faithful service from either of FK and Amazon is order only from the well reputed "SELLERS ONLY"..

Amazon has it for high price electronics. Last year I ordered a Sony TV. While delivery the delivery guys opened it to check and the screen was broken. They took it back and money was refunded.

Flipkart is doing open box delivery for many other things too.
They did it for all shoes I ordered.
A steam iron as well.

Actually, Open Box Delivery is really good for both Customer and FK...

For Customer, we know what we got..
For FK, The customer can't complain that they had not received the proper product, or something is missing etc...
So, it is a Win - Win for both

It is not necessarily fraud from the seller ,and there is an element of Customer Fraud as well...
