Even my choice is the #2 in your list. i.e. , lenovo loq. Currently the price is 60K, in BBD it should atleast come to 50K. 2months ago price is also 50K in some deal.
Reasons for choosing this

1. CPU - HX series -> means more performance
2. Display - sRGB 100% -> means good color reproduction
3. RAM - 12 GB and is DDR5 -> good speed compared to DDR4 RAMs
4. GPU -> entry level nvidia rtx 2050 -> i don't mean this for gaming , but if you want to watch vids or any multimedia this comes handy
5. Battery -.> 3 hrs --> but the reviewers say if refresh rate of display is set to 60Hz , it easily gives 5hrs.
6. Military grade build

From your list #1 is really steep and not clear on its battery life. #3 is not worth.

No idea on price lock. As I hardly shop on flipkart.

Only +VE is battery the rest doesn't match with #2.

Also a simple google shows it was 48K on some offer.

Go for Nvidia, You'll face software issues as Intel Arc GPU is not optimized. (If price difference is less than 5k)

But it's still better than laptops without dedicated GPU.

see bro..game ho ya na ho..atleast keep one low end external gpu optn..becomes handy on watching videos in high qualities

secondly external gpu will suck more battery..tip..find a laptop that has mux switch..u can turn off external gpu when not needed..
find 100% sRGB laptop display..i think @HumorSimpson has the list though..

mux switch is must if u have ext gpu
