With a Dubai visiting visa, can I enter Dubai and exit from Abu Dhabi?

No idea, dubai is visa on arrival anyway. For transit, u need to research a bit.

Edit: I misread. I thought u want to transit without any visa. Dubai and Abu dhabi is same country. So no issues with dubai visa. It's same like a foreigner lands in Delhi and goes back from Mumbai.

The visa that you get is UAE Visa which allows entry and exit from all 7 Emirates i.e. Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Fujairah, Umm ul Quwain and Ras al Khaimah
