Best App to pay Rent and Education Fee?

Suggest best credit card to pay Rent and Education Fee?

I thought it was for third party apps. Is this applicable to RedGiraffe via payzapp also?

Did you make the payment?
I saw in other thread that even with payzapp 1% is charged and no reward points only milestone benefit.
In that case it is better to give renewal fee as you at least get reward point for that
