Best card for medicine purchases

Hi all, I have annual spends of roughly 1L(monthly 7-9k) on medicines and mostly buy those from 1mg. Are there any cards that have good offers/5-10x reward multipliers for one of medicine sites like 1mg, Apollo 247, netmeds, etc? I currently hold following cards:

Axis Magnus
HDFC regalia LTF
Axis Ace
Axis privilege
ICICI Amazon Pay
Slice

I was thinking of getting Amex MRCC card as I always split my medicine orders in 4 of roughly same amount to get max discount using their Care pass. Any other cards that offer better value than this?

why are you using 1mg? i have used many websites for medicines and found it to be the most expensive one. I have 5k per month medicine bill and i always buy from netmeds or pharmeasy these two are always cheaper for me
Maybe depends on the medication. For orders under 2.5k, I get 600 off and 5% neucoins. I mainly order Diabetes medication and every time I’ve compared it with Netmeds, pharmeasy and apollo247 there was almost a difference of 10% for me.

I assume the discount these online portals provide is on MRP.

My local medicine shop gives me 10% off on medicines and accepts my credit card.

So these is marginal difference if any in my case when using online medicine shops

That’s why I prefer it. And local medical shops are way tooo expensive for these medications.

@cch but I get medicine immediately from offline shops. Less headache for a busy person. Yes, online is always going to be cheaper
I order medicines for a month and 1mg delivers on the same day, also easier to track bills for pre post hospitalisation reimbursements in case someone gets admitted and same order takes less than 2 mins to place. I find it more convenient.

1Mg is rarely late or cancel orders. I ordered through NetMeds and the product was not even dispatched on my expected delivery data. Flipkart Medicine is another A Hole they straight away cancelled my order with no notification whatsoever no mails no message and I was waiting the item to be delivered as a fool.

1mg had been good before being acquired by Tata and they're good even now
Close second is Pharmeasy

I buy my regular medicine from Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendra. They are almost 60-65% cheaper than branded ones. There was some trial and error in the beginning to check if the body adjusts to medicine. Of Course they are not the same brand as your doctor prescribes but will have the same medicine combination. I have been Saving a lot of money this way.

1mg I heard they cancel order after 1 week waiting for medicines may be after tata acquisition some improvements there
Yes this happens sometimes and pretty much predictable when I become bond and order some very cheap alternative of some medicine which I rarely even find in offline stores. With normal medicines of my parents never face any issues.

My monthly medicine purchase ~ 8-10K. Axis Flipkart card gives 1.5% cashback on Flipkart Health+ (formerly known as SastaSundar, popular in WB, Odisha etc). Is there any other CC which gives better CB? What about SBI Cashback CC?
