Best card for retail spends

Hi, i want to make some higher spends around 2-3 lacs and it includes 50% retail, and 50% insurance and govt spends. Which is the best credit card to use for this? I have the following cards:

1. HDFC regalia
2. Amex platinum travel (already done with 4 lac milestones)
3. Amex MRCC
4. Indusind legend
5. IDFC select
6. Amazon Pay

For insurance and government spends, I believe Amazon Pay ICICI fetches 2% reward rate.

For retail spend, you should go with the card that offers maximum percentage reward as per your convenience and choice of reward point.
