Here I'm listing some good credit cards that you can use to pay your property rent and earn good reward:-

  1. Standard Chartered Ultimate Credit Card -
    Reward Rate - 3.33%
    Capping - No Capping
    Reward Type - Reward Points, Can be redeemed for gift vouchers

  2. BOB Eterna Credit Card -
    Reward Rate - 3.75% (5X)
    Capping - 5000 RP at 5X afterwards 1X
    ie. if you spend 42,000 you'll get maximum 5x points, 5000 RP per month.
    Reward Type - Reward Points, Can be redeemed for statement cash.

  3. Axis Magnus Credit Card -
    Reward Rate - 4.8% Miles / 1.2% GV / 2.4% Multibrand Voucher
    Capping - You'll get reward points for maximum Rs 50,000 Per Transaction.
    ie. If you pay rent of 60,000 you'll get maximum 3000 points, not 3600.
    Reward Type - Reward Points, Can be redeemed for airmiles/hotel points (best value) or gift vouchers.

  4. Axis Reserve Credit Card -
    Reward Rate - 6% Miles / 1.5% GV / 3% Multibrand Voucher
    Capping - You'll get reward points for maximum Rs 1,00,000 Per
    Transaction.
    ie. If you pay rent of 1,20,000 you'll get maximum 7500 points, not 9000.
    Reward Type - Reward Points, Can be redeemed for airmiles/hotel points (best value) or gift vouchers.

  5. Axis Vistara Infinite Credit Card -
    Reward Rate - 3% CV Points
    Capping - No Cap
    Reward Type - CV Points

  6. Axis Vistara Signature Credit Card -
    Reward Rate - 2% CV Points
    Capping - No Cap
    Reward Type - CV Points

  7. SBI Vistara Prime Credit Card -
    Reward Rate - 2% CV Points
    Capping - No Cap
    Reward Type - CV Points

  8. HDFC Infinia Credit Card -
    Reward Rate - 3.33% Airmiles/Direct travel booking / 1.67% GV / 1% Cash
    Capping - Maximum 2000 RP per month.
    ie. If you pay rent of 60,000 you'll get maximum reward points 2000.
    Reward Type - Reward Points, Can be redeemed for airmiles/gift vouchers/direct travel booking/statement cash.

  9. HDFC Diners Black Credit Card -
    Reward Rate - 3.33% Airmiles/Direct travel booking / 1.67% GV / 1% Cash
    Capping - Maximum 2000 RP per month.
    ie. If you pay rent of 60,000 you'll get maximum reward points 2000.
    Reward Type - Reward Points, Can be redeemed for airmiles/gift vouchers/direct travel booking/statement cash.

Paltform phonepe cred paytm nobroker magic bricks etc try any onenof them but be aware that even paltforms chg you with 1% plus gst along with banks chgs the same
Effectively u r getting charged both side. If you have sbi card irrespective of amount they chg you 199 plus gst

I m not getting rent with cc option in Paytm and also check platform fees if they apply for paying. red giraffe is cheaper in terms of convenience fee
 
Maybe paytm platform must have removed rent now due tonsomenissues with rbi. Trybothers like cred phonepe
I don't use any of them now cos of high convenience fee with 1% charge by bank.

Hdfc doesn't charge for 1st rent payment and last month cred gave option to pay without convenience fee n I made use of it

Maybe every month u may get offer like that check and utilize it.
 
This thread really needs updation, a lot of cards and platform have changed the rules drastically over the years
