Here I'm listing some good credit cards that you can use to pay your property rent and earn good reward:-

1. Standard Chartered Ultimate Credit Card -
   Reward Rate = 2% -1.18% Proc.Fee
   Capping - No Capping
   Reward Type - Reward Points, Can be redeemed for luxury shopping vouchers
2. BOB Eterna Credit Card -
   Reward Rate - 0%
   Capping - No Capping
   Reward Type - Reward Points, Can be redeemed for statement cash.
   
   
3. Axis Magnus Credit Card -
   Reward Rate - 4.8% Miles / 1.2% GV / 2.4% Multibrand Voucher
   Capping - You'll get reward points for maximum Rs 50,000 Per Transaction.
   ie. If you pay rent of 60,000 you'll get maximum 3000 points, not 3600.
   Reward Type - Reward Points, Can be redeemed for airmiles/hotel points (best value) or gift vouchers.
   
   
4. Axis Reserve Credit Card -
   Reward Rate - 6% Miles / 1.5% GV / 3% Multibrand Voucher
   Capping - You'll get reward points for maximum Rs 1,00,000 Per
   Transaction.
   ie. If you pay rent of 1,20,000 you'll get maximum 7500 points, not 9000.
   Reward Type - Reward Points, Can be redeemed for airmiles/hotel points (best value) or gift vouchers.

   Reward Rate - 3% CV Points
   Capping - No Cap

Cred also charges different rates for MC & Visa
Housing is 1.45% flat

I think all the charges mentioned here are outdated

Any idea why Swavlamban has higher reward point rate when it's a basic entry-level cc? Probably because of a lower cap on reward points.

Onecard is running a promotional offer for rent payment for 29-30 nov 2022, convenience fees is around 1.5% and discount applicable is 1000.

Is it worth paying the rent through credit cards now as the credit cards are not providing reward points and they are charging 1% extra and the payment gateway charges are around 1 to 2 %? …. We end up paying 2to 3% extra without reward points only for milestone benedits…..

Update from PayZapp team: there is a problem with high value payments ( above 1L ) which will get resolved by EOD today.
Axis Vistara Card payments of smaller value (like a test payment of 100) went though. So no problem with Axis, seems to be an issue with PayZapp only.
