Best Credit Cars Base Reward Rate Basis

Hi team,

Could anyone suggest the best Credit Card based on its Base Reward Rate alone?
I dont travel (so airmiles conversion / hotel bookings redemtion will not be a valuable option)

Any premium card with fee is also OK.
But reward rate should be high without too many conditions. Still Infinia is the best? Or we have some other options from BOB / Axis / IDFC / StanC / Indusind / SBI?

If you want cash reward than go for HDFC Millennia, 1% reward on all transaction and 5% on its partner plus you will also get 5% cashback through HDFC smart buy portal.

Axis Ace - 2% value back on general spends and 5% on bill payments via google pay. HDFC Millennia is also a great choice.
