Can anyone suggest best current account with low maintenance? My cousin is looking for it.

ICICI Wealth Current Account, no AMC and mostly zero charges for everything else. Good app and online banking, direct connect to phone banking officer.
Initial deposit while opening the account would be of 5-10L, depending on the city and RM, but can be withdrawn after a few days of account opening.
