Now that paytm fastag is shutdown, what are good choices for fastag?

The wallet + fastag combined offering from paytm was really good. Is there any other option like that?

How many days dies it take close/cancel so that one reapply fir a new one?

I raised request 2 days back,still shows closure initiated only. It may take few days.

Meanwhile, I have applied for ICICI Fasttag & its generated. After confirming closure of old tag, I will use new one once I receive it.

Go to paytm fasttag page, use help section to chat. Then proceed accordingly.

After successfully requesting closure, you can see closure initiated in fastag page beside your vehicle details.

It won't work that way. One has to dial 18001204210 to initiate Paytm Fastag closure.

Checked on PhonePe, they are issuing the ICICI Bank Fasttag with deduction from wallet facility, which we have to opt while applying from the PhonePe app.

I applied for the Amazon Pay ICICI Fastag. The feature of toll, fuel & parking payments from the tag looks good and have heard about their good customer service. Will close the Paytm one now!

Ordering is a different thing but activation before deactivation of earlier one isn't possible.

Yes, it'll work even after that provided you've balance in paytm wallet

I have raised request for closure of paytm fasttag. And applied new one from ICICI. Yet to be delivered. Heard mostly good things about this.

I too placed request for fastag closure in Paytm. Did you upload 'old fastag destroyed' photo? Will it get closed without uploading this photo? (I selected 'will do it later' option)

Ok. So close Paytm fastag. Car can be without any fastag but not with multiple fastag at one time.
So to close Paytm fastag. Wait for refund. 5 days. Do we need to call them to close it or app request is sufficient?
Then, new one which is better - Amazon ICICI or normal icici directly from imobile?
