Best Joint Account for Married Couple

Please recommend a joint account (with my wife). This account would be the primary account used by both for monthly day to day expenses.

Requirement:
- Low min. balance
- UPI for primary holder (bonus if 2nd holder can use UPI too but dont think its possible!)
- SMS alert to both mobile number
- 0 or minimal debit card charges
- movie ticket benefits (if possible)
- lounge access benefits (if possible)

Also, can I make CC payments via debit card/NB from a join account? Cards are in my name and I would be the non-primary account holder in the joint account.

Open Two different account in hdfc
( Saving account )
1- normal' saving account
2- saving max
With different number


Your customer I'd will be same ( synced later )
U can login via one net banking

Both account will be on same name
But both account will act stand alone

Talk to BM ( don't say u will give to wife for sharing.say u want to use both ) make your own reasons

Try using 2 number for both accounts

Some banks allows it in their higher variant accounts like axis. I think in hdfc joint account you both can use upi but only with hdfc app.
You should also talk to the bank which has your salary account.

Correct. However, this is NOT only with HDFC app, but rather with any UPI app.
