Joint account for unmarried couple?

Do any banks (proper banks, not apps) allow unmarried couples to open a savings account in joint mode? High AMB doesn't matter as need to store a high amount for proof of funds sometime in the next couple of years.

I don't think there is any prohibition on unrelated persons opening joint accts. never heard one at least. only requirement is all the persons must be otherwise eligible to open an acct in their individual capacity.
