TF Select
It's time to recognize the private sector bank that sets the standard for excellence! In an era where banking is more integrated into our daily lives than ever, the quality of services provided by private banks plays a significant role. From seamless online transactions to supportive customer care, and from innovative banking products to user-friendly mobile apps, each aspect contributes to the overall banking experience.

Criteria:

  • Online Services: Efficiency, security, and the range of features available through the bank's internet and mobile banking platforms.
  • Customer Support: The availability, promptness, and problem-solving ability of the customer service team.
  • Banking Products: The variety, innovation, and competitiveness of products like credit cards and debit cards.
  • Mobile App: The ease of use, features, and reliability of the bank's mobile application.

No AU Bank in the list 🥲
Its
No AU Bank in the list 🥲
Its under small finance banks..vote here

Isn't it mandatory these days to have 'NOTA' as an option in polls?! I couldn't vote since that choice was absent.

Indian Private banking is highly overrated.

In fact Indian Private Business in general is overrated.

I voted for HDFC, I have SB accounts for 5 different banks. HDFC is always served my purpose. I am always realistic and not expecting more from the bank like requesting for infinia, DCB because I know my salary and CC usage is not sufficient to ask those high end credit cards. I have PPF acount with them and it has seamless process to open PPF. They never rejected my creditcard applications, as of now having 3 cards (regalia gold, tata inifinity and swiggy). I have plans to open demand and MF account with HDFC bank and transfer all my shares and MF to hdfc. Axis is the worst bank, I encountered till now. Forgot about their products, I struggled a lot to open my salary account.

IMO -

1. Online services - federal Bank (can do alot of things from the netbanking)

2. Worst customer service - indusind bank (call & email support is pathetic)

3. Banking product - HDFC (not considering cc) have good reward on dc spend.

4. Mobile app - IDFC
