Best Salary account for a Monthly Salary of more than 2.5L

Hi TF family,
Currently, I have a salary account in HSBC(My Company's benefit policy), now I want to transition to another bank, as I don't see much benefit and support from HSBC India.

I have the following other bank accounts:
1) HDFC-(Had a salary acount before 2022)
2) ICICI- (Before HSBC, this was my salary account till July 2025)
3) SBI
4) BOB
5) Any other best account

I'm looking for the overall best all-arounder Salary account with many more benefits
Monthly Salary more than 2.5L after tax

My choice would be HDFC, Axis, ICICI followed by SBI. You can discover BOB too.

Will check with HDFC what they will offer upon transferring from the HSBC salary account to the HDFC account.
Hoping to get the best benefit from the HDFC

One question - If I have a salary account in ICICI and if I switch it to HSBC, and if I transfer salary from HSBC to ICICI every month, will both banks treat them as salary?

it won't work like that, if your org allows to credit salary in multiple accs (like % or amount split), you can do that else switch the salary account every alternate month to maintain it as salary account.
