Best UPI Credit Card for Maintenance Payment

Folks,

What's the best credit card to pay maintenance bills? My society used NoBrokerhood app for maintenance payment, so I am assuming the MCC will be rent ?
I am looking to use UPI Rupay Card since direct credit card attracts a 2% fee but UPI is free .

I have a pretty decent collection of UPI cards and happy to apply for a specific one since this is a frequent recurring expense.

Any suggestions?

How do you conclude UPI will be free?

MCC code will be same.
