Have following Life Time Free Credit Cards. All are from VISA, MASTER CARD and AMEX.

Need a couple of RuPay cards for my UPI transactions.

Preferably, Life Time Free cards or LTF for MNC employees. [Like AU provides LTF for MNC employees]

1. HDFC Regalia Gold (MasterCard)

2. HDFC Swiggy (MasterCard)

3. ICICI Sapphiro (Amex and MasterCard)

4. AU Vetta (Visa Signature)

5. IDFC First Wealth (Visa Infinite)

Try getting the Jupiter CSB Rupay card. It is LTF and gives 2 % cb (you need to have a 0 MAB account with Jupiter to redeem as cashback or else without wccount you can redeem as vouchers w/o any charges). I'm DM ming you my referral if you want to apply.

Or else apply for Kiwi CC which is also LTF. I'm sending you the referrals for both.

For 150k, your net rewards would be 7500rs (includes base reward of 2% )
Say, you spent 120,000 at the start of the month in October, you will receive 2% instantly (2400rs) and spent 30,000 in mid-october, you will receive 2% 9600rs) for this instantly but the remaining rewards (4500rs) at the end of the month.

isn't 2% cashback on only one category b/w shopping, food & travel or is it across all UPI spends through their app? I think you can only switch categories once in 3 statement cycles.

Yes, either food, travel or dining. But shopping includes fashion, groceries and electronics. The MCCs covered are very wide.
