Best way to close an IndusInd Bank credit card?

I'm planning to close my IndusInd Legend credit card as I'm not happy with their service.

Since their email support usually takes 7-8 days to reply, so should I email them for a card closure request and get ₹500/day compensation if they delay replying to my email post 7th working day?

Yes. To be specific — compensation for the mental trauma they've caused (See my profile history to learn more). I'm curious, if my email sent date is considered into closure request's original date.

This email address, which belongs to their Level 2 Support, surely has a shorter response time (Approx 2 days), but their helpfulness is bad.

What a disastrous bank IndusInd is! The physical Legend card was delivered to me just now. On the paper where the card was pasted, the credit limit shows as ₹75,000! Whereas at the time of application, it was being shown as ₹1,32,000!

I'll also escalate the issue regarding incorrect credit limit to their customer care because the credit limit shown there was "after" my CIBIL was accessed! It has never happened with another bank with me. Will also not activate and give a closure request if they don't comply.

Even their last level of escalations for credit cards (headcreditcards@indusind.com) hasn't replied to me since 5th September whereas they were supposed to respond "shortly."

Shitty bank. Shitty tech. Shitty customer service. Everything shitty. I don't want to have any relationship with them in the future.

If you are aiming for 500/day compensation, send an physical application form to their register address using a pigeon as courier service.

They helped me with charge back request. I provided them the form and merchant communication and with in 2 days they raised the SR and is currently under investigation. The support executive response was prompt and explained the case to the point.

Earlier when I reached Premium / Priority care, they evaded my email.
