Best Way To Credit Card To Bank Transfer Without Any Charge ?

The receiver doesn't have any POS or online payment gateway account. Is there any app or platform in which I can send money to a person in their bank account with very low platform+MDR charges? Ideally less than 2%.

Receiver will receive the amount after 2 days

Use snapay mobile app & go for T+4 days which charges 1% and GST. But the money will be reflected in 4 days

Get amazon icici pay credit card.
Do a full kyc on amazon pay wallet.
It enhances limit to 1 lac.
Top up the wallet from the credit card, it charges 2% + gst - 2.36% where as the card gives back 2% cash back.
You will only land up paying 0.36% per transaction or 360/ lac.

It's the smallest amount. How is it a loss when you're only paying 360 rupees for 1 lac with a credit period of 45-50 days.
Even corporate OD accounts get charged minimum 0.8% per month on their borrowing.
This is 0.36% for 45 days.
