Best Way to pay Credit Card Bill

Guys I am redacting this post as I have been asked by the bank for non disclosure as mentioned in TnCs else my account would be suspended. They had asked me to remove this as this violates the TnC related to not getting reward points for CC payments.

My Amazon pay ICICI credit card bill due was on Mar 7th. I paid bill payment through hdfc bill pay on 6th March and got SMS saying that it's credited to my account on 11th March.
Today I received monthly statement, it's showing as payment received on 6th March (before due date) but still they charged me Rs 500+90 as late payment fees. Called customer care and not agreeing to reverse it saying that payment received on 11th March.
Can someone help me how to handle this.

Did you get the message from hdfc or icici informing the payment receipt? If it's from icici, then you can share the sms with them and get it waived.
Depending on biller, It usually takes a few working days for credit receipt, so pay atleast 1 week in advance from next time.
Also, RBI has mandated a 3 day grace period, but your's is still 1 day extra. Try to escalate and plead your case.

Same happened with me on 11th march only .
But abhi tk refund nhi aya ! 9 din hone ko hai.
Everytime i mail them, they just reply same thing that my transaction is failed, and they have forwarded.... Blah blah 🥲

My amount is around 3k. Same issue with me too. Same SBI CB CC payment. Had to repeat 3k payment from paytm.

Looks like problem is with SBI CB CC only. I pay bills of Amazon Pay, Coral Rupay, Ace, KWIK, Kotak, SimplyClick since IndusInd DC's started giving reward points via park+.

I have paid 19k credit card bill for idfc wealth cc using indusind select debit card on paytm but it failed and showing refunded back to account. Does anyone know how many days it will take for refund back to indusind account?

Today again got same reply forward your concern to initiate refund within 4-5 days. By end of the week I'm going to file a chargeback too. Also afraid to pay other bills from park+.

What is safe limit per month for indusload? Has anyone got Indusind account got blocked due to excess transactions?

Is it safe to do upto 7L debit transactions per month from an exclusive account?

I have a select acct and done 30L+ txn in 6-7 months and got notice of account freezing if not converted to current account.

Who knows. I quickly took out all the money and left it as is. They called once about address verification and all and asked why I did 30L txn and all I told the acct loading feature via dc is the culprit. My friend sometimes tell to transfer amounts from his dc to his acct. Then he told, so those txns aren't urs. I told no.
Then it's been 2 months no freezing yet but I only do txn from the indus select acct which are necessary like cc bill pay.other than that no txn from that acct.

Are you really doing txns for friends?

If doing transaction for self, still its a problem?
