Guys I am redacting this post as I have been asked by the bank for non disclosure as mentioned in TnCs else my account would be suspended. They had asked me to remove this as this violates the TnC related to not getting reward points for CC payments.

Do hdfc platinum dc or rbl signature + dc reverses the rewards points of failed and refund transactions. I got points for hdfc platinum dc but the transaction is now refunded. Should i redeem the points or wait more days?

Can use Sbi Unipay portal. Just start with small amount to see if it is going through for non BBPS billers.
BBPS works fine but start with small amount to be on safe side.
Indus MC will also fetch RP.

I recently paid AMEX card bill through HDFC Plat debit card on HDFC Billpay, the narration shown in my netbanking says POS <debit card no.> HDFCBILLPAY. Will I get the 1% cashback for this? Not sure why is it showing as POS. If yes, then by when does the cashback get reflected?
