Guys I am redacting this post as I have been asked by the bank for non disclosure as mentioned in TnCs else my account would be suspended. They had asked me to remove this as this violates the TnC related to not getting reward points for CC payments.

incremental rewards points of indusind is based upon bill amount paid or month end calculation
Like if I pay 50k on 15 September I will get 390 points
And again I pay 50k on 20 September I will get 390+390 = 780 or 920

Basically 6-7 days for crediting points

I too received points for last week transactions, but getting error after entering OTP to redeem. Both mobile and browser.
Says unable to proceed or something.

Did anyone successfully paid Kotak CC bill payment using HDFC bill pay? Contrary to other CC payment where it asks full 16 digit card no., for kotak it asks only last 4 digits of CC and fails to pay everytime since last 3 days.

contrary to other cc kotak and bob come under bbps thats why last 4 digits will fetch your bill.

I also faced same issue with mobile app. Then tried with hdfc website and it worked fine.

however its not 7 days passed yet so will wait more days before coming to conclusion
