Best way to pay HDFC 50k+ cc bill?

If I pay bill using bbps bildesk (https://www.billdesk.com/pgidsk/pgmerc/hdfccard/HDFC_card.jsp) will I get 1% cashback?

is there some better alternative?

Asking as there are lots of devaluations

Have HDFC platinum , IDfC signature & canara bank visa variants

Hdfc's billdesk portal doesn't settle transactions immediately or next day. Don't risk it. For me it has taken 3 working days. And no, i didn't get reward points as well.

It takes 3 days for payment to get credited but usually gives points next day. I did two txns this month via bill pay and got reward points for Frist one but not for second one. Planning to wait till tomorrow cos today and yesterday was holiday

There is no definite timeline for paid bills getting credited. Same for reward points. It varies time to time.

Make part payment till 20K on Mobikwi and rest through Cred or Paytm using debit card

No we can't pay hdfc cc via hdfc bill pay

Yes, you will get if you can pay an HDFC CC bill through HDFC BillPay... To do this, you must be world level fortunate

Bill was auto fetched maybe that's why I was able to make the payment

Yes if you do full pay then they have different rule
