Hi there, all guys.
I want help of you all regarding a issue with bharatpe,
earlier you guys may know that bhartpe account come with a credit+debit card for all Bharatpe users. Currently the card has been dusabled due to rbi guildlines.
but if you done credit card payments from other platforms like cred, mobikwik etc. the amount get credited in bharatpe account directly as refund.
this card is linked in my cred , and recently I made payment worth 1000 -1000 Rs. 2 times means total of 2000 Rs.,
earlier before my all credit card bill payments to this card getting crediting in my bharatpe account, but this time the funds are still shpwing in pending from too long and not crediting in my bharatpe account.
bharatpe received these payments at 18-19 march but still they are showing as pending in my card section.
I contacted them but you all know the shit experience of customer care there, the agents are on another level of understanding and you have to ealaborate them like teaching to a child.
they are saying to contact cred for this, make me very disappointed.
I asked them that issue is from your side and both payments you guys already received but not crediting to my account. and they are saying that there card services has stopped and other no information available. then I asked them to refund my funds back , and they are saying refunds are also stopped...really bharatpe become very very cheap and bad after ashneer G exited.
They are saying that no other information available like they are not agents from Bharatpe...I also tell them that I'm going to rbi to complaint against this and then they quit the chat..
please guys , I want you help regarding this. tell me what I can do for this to be resolved at earliest..
