I done a transaction of 104 on 25th Jan at 6:04pm as part of Bhim" Super Saturdays on BHIM"offer and done a transaction today above 1000 as part of the offer" Only For 26th January, 2025 – Pay with your RuPay Credit Card on BHIM & get instant ₹76 Cashback". I haven't received the 2 different cashback as of now . They mentioned it as instant cashback for both. But not yet received

Don't go for it as they won't give anything i.e why I mostly ignore BHIM for cashback. The only offer I used was in Feb 2024 where after linking my card for first time I got 3x100 cashback for 3 txns at petrol pump. After that always avoiding. Only Jiomart instant discount I use sometimes. Also the credit card bill payment offer.

Today, My bro also did merchant txn and got nothing. So no one getting it. BHIM played a cheap trick here.

Still if you want to complain you can call or register at App itself by clicking the transaction.

As you said I also got cashback earlier for credit card bill payment and some rupay credit card offer also. I tried to register my issue in app and website. It was showing that complaint registered in both app and website. No notification no reference number. No option to track where we register complaint nothing.when I called on the bhim customer care number,there is no option to connect to a live agent instead asking to enter transaction id. After confirming the transaction I'd it was telling as wrong one. Hell

My bro had txns on Jiomart and Smart Store by scanning code with RuPay CC. Both got nothing. Txns were 30 mins apart. So this was a customer specific offer with some conditions NPCI fauled to mention. Here many people got nothing no matter which merchant they paid to i.e online/offline.

They mentioned no such condition. First I tried with nyka app. Got nothing. Then tried with amazon and it works

So it means offer had conditions which they didn't mentioned. Not all merchant payments provided cashback. Only specific ones.

They had written select merchants but failed to write which ones.

Yesterday it's self i mentioned that it's applicable for amazon purchase and I got the cashback. You could have done it to get the same
