No wonder today I did 3 transactions and got wierd amounts back. 205 got 2.05 back 1% I was expecting 30. Did 200 got 2. Then another 200 got nothing. Offer over I guess

This you got due to 1% Urja offer as other offer got ended already yesterday as per revised end date.

I have done transaction today, but didn't recieve cashback for rupay credit card offer. On seeing it on bhim website offer duration is showing till 28th Feb only.Then how come total cashback come to rs 750

Because the offer duration was initially valid until 31st March. They revised it to 28th Feb now.

By the way, even in the appeal to my previous grievance on National Consumer Helpline portal against their false closure of cashback-related complaint, they haven't even responded yet. Not even a generic status update.

So, I wonder, for genuine transaction-related queries, how or whether they would they even respond.

I had heard of validity extension but this validity reduction seems like a new concept!
