Swiggy pe txn kiya tha 4th Feb 277₹ ka uska refund abhi tk nai diya. Swiggy Wale bol rhe already refunded and hdfc Wale kuch kar nai rhe.

Swiggy me SMS bhi kiya hoga refund refrence number, jab RFN generate ho jata hai successfully unke end se refund ho jata hai toh kuch hrs ke baad history se Swiggy app me gayab ho jata hai so check your SMS and find RFN and contact HDFC and raise your issue...

Ek week se customer support level 1 ko kar rha tha . Aaj grievance Wale ko dala with dhamki. Already 7 days passed.
Boldia nai solution Mila to RBI me daldunga

Rupay Credit Card:
First 3 transactions got Rs.100/-back each time.
4th & 5th transaction got Rs.30 back but 6th transaction at a medical store yesterday didnt get Rs.30/- back.

30 cashback on min. transaction of 200 is limited to 5 transactions per month. So this is very much as outlined 😂.

I am done with BHIM app, unka customer support hi nahi hai. I am also chasing them for the refund . Twitter wale bank se consult karne ko kehte hai. Aur bank has no idea that the refund is pending. Upar se App itna bekar hai, incoming transaction show hi nahi karta app mein.

Yeah, I was planning to use it as primary as Paytm replacement, but now No More. I will look for Phonepe or Gpay, or probably simply bank app.

I filled a chargeback today for this as suggested by my RM. He assure that since I have written email confirmation regarding the refund from merchant, possibility of winning the chargeback is high.

PhonePe is the best alternative of Paytm, They don't have offers like other apps but their reliability is top notch.

No wonder today I did 3 transactions and got wierd amounts back. 205 got 2.05 back 1% I was expecting 30. Did 200 got 2. Then another 200 got nothing. Offer over I guess
