BizBlack floater card rejected

Hey all,
I already have an Infinia card and was exploring to get the BizBlack floater card because of its benefits for GST and tax payments.
I contacted my RM and he put in touch with the card agent who swiftly collected the documents. After 4 days the application showed declined status.
When i enquired he said that since i am a director in a pvt. Ltd. Company there were issues. But i informed that i own the company and majority shares of the company.
Was informed that some other forms are required however no feedback yet.
What do you guys this is it possible to get ?

My BizBlack as floater was rejected and on further query reason given was I already hold Tata Neu Infinity as floater card. I though Tata Neu was considered a co-branded and not floater. Did anyone else face that issue?

Just mail to grevence team , hopefully they will take care of it. ( if you fulfill the criteria , you will get it )

Ask them you are not happy with the explaintion and esculate if further

Before that make sure you fulfill all eligibility criteria.

At the end of mail mention that you fulfill all eligibility criteria and why you need this card

Play smart and hopefully you should get it

Yep same process got declined after approved in principle. Today they did again as self employed with director. Again got verification call. Let’s see what happens

My DCB Metal was approved and I'm awaiting delivery. How long do i need to wait before applying for BizBlack?

If you have a gst number in your name, changes are high.

Approval ofcourse as long as you are meeting other requirements
