BizBlack floater card rejected

Hey all,
I already have an Infinia card and was exploring to get the BizBlack floater card because of its benefits for GST and tax payments.
I contacted my RM and he put in touch with the card agent who swiftly collected the documents. After 4 days the application showed declined status.
When i enquired he said that since i am a director in a pvt. Ltd. Company there were issues. But i informed that i own the company and majority shares of the company.
Was informed that some other forms are required however no feedback yet.
What do you guys this is it possible to get ?

Did you apply as a floater or a seperate card. Any existing relationship with HDFC. Your handle name suggest you are a doc, do you practice independently as a professional and files GST returns?

I had applied as floter card , i have imperia banking with HDFC and Infina card .
I have my clinical partice ( no GST )

After couple of to-fro emails they will approve, pls share the reason for refusal by HDFC despite of in principle approval once they update you on the same.

So according to screen shot shared by it was due to either mobile number or adress mismatch in application

Since you are existing customer they could have just pulled your KYC by customer ID, dont undertsand why mismatch thing has arised. Agent might be just making up stories. wait for bank to respond.

I have asked agent to look into it , meanwhile have mailed imperia banking and Grevence team as well , lets see how it goes ,will update

Hdfc biz black card aplroved today , got a SMS that your application is approved and you will card in 3 days

My millennia cc limit increased to 20L this month and getting regalia gold upgrade offer since 3months but i avoided as millennia seems better.

Can i get an upgrade to bizblack or should i apply a floater card.? I am self employed.

My RM - who got me Infinia in 2 days, today told me that HDFC bank has recently (in last 1 week) revised the policy and now Biz Black cannot be offered as a floater card. Since I already have Infinia, they cannot issue this.

Just received my Biz Black as a floater on my previously owned Business regalia.

If you fulfill the requirements for the biz black then you can choose either option. If you don't get the option to upgrade online then apply offline.

I got a reply from grievance redressal that they have assigned a sales representative to help me in fresh application subject to bank internal policy.

Edit- today got a call from a local cc salesman that itr criteria is must even for floater and not agreeing to apply floater without it

My BizBlack as floater was rejected and on further query reason given was I already hold Tata Neu Infinity as floater card. I though Tata Neu was considered a co-branded and not floater. Did anyone else face that issue?
