BizBlack Metal Credit card - Bill payment through Payzapp didn't get bonus RP

My HDFC BizBlack statements clearly reflect the bonus points rewarded for tax payments and even smartbuy transactions, but I didn't get the 5x points for bill payments made on Payzapp. Is it because I already exhausted 7.5k cap for biz spends with my tax payments? I only got 3.33% RP on the electricity bill payment I made instead of 5x as mentioned on card details.
Has anyone actually received the 5x for bill payments on payzapp using BizBlack? and can you share the transaction amount and where the bonus points reflected for you?

I am aware about that, but using bizblack Apay GV route will only give 6%+ returns as it gives 9%+ but there is a 2.8% fee. Whereas if we pay bills using Payzapp we get 5x, which is 16.67%. And it is supposed to be one of the features of the card.

Well now you learnt that utility bills will not get you 16.67% return

it's only income tax and other government taxes and Smartbuy transactions which will get you this 16.66% return up to 7500 on 45000 spend every month

but what other bills will we pay on Payzapp? My thread is specifically to seek response from fellow Bizblack holders if they haven't received bonus points for utitlity bills as well. Because the other possibility is that payzapp bill payments are clubbed with business expenses including tax, and since I capped out on my tax payment, I didn't get the 5x for bill payment.

A family member just got a BizBlack yesterday and I too saw the 5X on Bill Payments via PayZApp (16.66% returns) as an advantage over the Infinia + APay route (16.66% - 2.95% = 13.71% returns). So this would be a bummer.
That said, you also get 5X on Bill Payments via SmartPay. I'll experiment with both in the coming days and update this thread.

Tax payments and bill payment via Payzapp/SmartPay are under same 5X Reward Points on select Business spends, with shared capping of 7500 RPs in a statement cycle. So this may have been the case.

Another question is - does APay GV purchases on Smartbuy would still get that ~6% return if we have exhausted 5X business spend limit for 7500 RPs?

I actually contacted SmartBuy helpline and they confirmed that SmartBuy capping is independent of 5X business spends (still waiting for email confirmation, which they never sent). So ideally, we should get that; but haven't tried the same yet. If anyone has, and confirm; that will be great.

These calculations are based on infinia points being worth 1 rupee (but ONLY if used to buy air tickets)

air tickets are available at a discount of 10% on online travel agents and 24% on Traveledge.
You need to factor in this discount also, when calculating returns

While business spends and smartbuy spends are different category, I feel that combined 10K points is max accelerated points you will get per month. So it can be 7.5K + 2.5K, 5K+5K or entire 10K from smartbuy

Otherwise total of 7.5K+10K = 17.5K per month will be too good to be true. It even beats Infinia cap of 15K per month

Personally I am also hoping for 17.5K points as I too recently got Biz Black

The combined cap is 10000 points.

That is because most of the Biz Black cards are issued as floater card on Infinia. Folks will use Infinia first for accelerated rewards as it is tried and tested. To hit the cap on Biz black you will need to spend either 1L+70K on flights or 50K+33K on hotels, which I guess no one has done till now... at least here.

No they should use Biz Black only for tax payments 50000 per month, and nothing else

Yes, you correctly solved it yourself. 5x is inclusive of the tax payments + bill payments on payzapp which is capped upto 7500.
