If your card application declined then wait for atleast 6 months

Actually I want to change Select card to Hpcl rupay card and since I got Select card in January 2022, I have to wait till Jan next year to request conversion. So instead I am planning to cancel Select and reapply for HPCL Rupay. I tried applying for additional card in offline mode but couldn't get.
Any way out?

No don't cancel select
Request them for upgrade or appy for fresh application

Don't cancel you select card. I guess it os is ltf. Just apply for new hpcl card online if or offline.

Yes Select is ltf. I will try applying offline for hpcl since online it is not allowing for more than 1 card

Who told you have to wait to apply for conversion

I also mailed them for limit upgrade I'll send you the email which they sent me. They told me if you want limit enhancement/ upgrade please mail use after 1 year.
