Bob card status

I have applied Bob premier ltf card on 8 March .
After 20 days an ivr call varification done .
Now it has 40 days since no update.
In website they are showing, under process.

Does Bob takes too much time for final resolution?
Or it's just a glitch.

Lol. Luckily my card was process in 20-25 days. Some waited for 2 months in the past. Seems they still does that.
