BOB CREDIT CARD IS STILL LTF?

I found this link on bob site as get ltf card.
So please suggest me good bob card
I guess premiere and eterna only😂
And also confirm me ltf offer is still going on or not or any other method from which i can make it ltf

Their website for card is too buggy, Even login also not working and unable to view statements too.
Will they send Statements via mail ?

Yes they send via Mail too, but little late (not on 1st, which is the billing date for all BOB cards).

Also, I paid the bill using CRED but it failed and I got a refund after 4-5 days. So, now I pay directly through their payment portal (Razorpay).

Nope. It's set as 1st for all BOB cards. Also, their customer support is the worst I have experienced so far. They are in some sort of hurry. 🤷‍♂️

I have provided the below mentioned:-

1. DCB Credit Card Front Face & not back
2. Last 3 month bank statement
3. Company ID Card

After the Video KYC & IPV they didn't ask for anything else. The card is on the way, don't know when I'm going to get it, probably by Saturday

For every customer? Doesn't matter when you received the card? Like in my apay card i received it on 7feb and my billing cycle was12 or 15 th of every month. Bob doesn't give option like this?

Btw can you tell me after completing vkyc in how many days I'll receive a reply from bob? I have also mailed them like a week ago they said will reply in 3 days still not received any reply 🥲

Really??? spend based Ltf? Receiving select is okay but not giving it ltf was wrong i guess you should complaint about this i Only applied for this card as it was ltf. 🥲🥲

Guys please don't confuse yourself.
By default if a card is not "Unconditional LTF" then always the spend based based LTF criteria will be mentioned in the documentation.
If you look at the cards other than Eterna, then the "Unconditional LTF" is mentioned only as a part of "Offer" and not as a criteria.

So the best way you can let yourself know is to check with Customer Care people whether you have got it as a part of LTF offer.

I applied in the ongoing offer. While applying when i selected the card. There was an cut mark on the annual and joining fees. Please see the attached image. Let's hope i got this card as ltf🥲

It is unconditional LTF, check from Customer Care.
Don't check from the Website.

Whatever you have received that is the standard welcome letter. What it essentially means it even if your card is LTF you can still see JF/AF in your welcome letter as they are necessarily not amended based on the actual pricing of the card.

So keep calm and enjoy the weekend! 😂
