BOB Credit Card LTF Query

Hello Folks,

I hope everyone doing well.

1. I have a BOB HPCL Energia Paid Card, and I have been using it for the last 3 years now.
2. I got an offer from BOBCARD for an "Additional Snapdeal LTF Card"
3. I am a BOB Radiance customer; thus, I am eligible for BOB Eterna LTF as well.

Usage:
1. My HPCL usage is now getting covered using IDFC Power+ card thus, I am not using BOB HPCL Actively.
2. My requirement for a BOB card is to just have one BOB card in my credit card portfolio to avail BOB offers

Queries:
1. I plan to close HPCL, which is a paid card, as I no longer use it.
So, if I get BOB Snapdeal LTF and close Energia HPCL, is this allowed? Or will it also close BOB Snapdeal, as it's an additional card?

2. The BOB Radiance relationship is offering me Eterna LTF, but what happens when my savings account gets downgraded to Sparkle or something? Will the Eterna card still remain LTF, or does it get converted to a paid card?

Please suggest.

Yes, it's LTF for radiance, but what if the account gets downgraded to Sparkle or non-radiance ?

Don't worry its unconditional ltf. You won't loose ltf status even if u downgrade or close account, I confirmed myself through customer care and twitter support.

Suppose lets think like u said. If it is converted to paid card after account downgrade.
First u will get eterna then snapdeal ltf.
Still u will enjoy eterna for 1year,then close eterna and continue with snapdeal ltf which u want to do now.
If it stays ltf forever, its cherry on top for you.

So my suggestion go for eterna, dont settle for snapdeal

I already got Snapdeal and Eterna. I can apply and get them. Will call bank RM and discuss it. Anyhow I posted my query to RM about the same. Waiting for reply

Do they charge any amount for this ?

Does bob allows taking addon cards on secondary virtual cards such as sd / easy etc?
Also, taking physical card effects it?
For context: I have SD virtual. There no addon application option is shown but on my premier cc, addon application option is there.

No, the add-on is available only for physical cards.

Yes, take the physical card. It will not effect anything.

Take SD physical, no charges even 99+GST will not be charged. After the physical card arrives, you can apply for add-on cards.

So finally got the reply and confirmation from BOB as well. Win-Win Situation !!
