BOB Credit Card VKYC Issue

Hi folks , Is anyone facing issue with BOB credit card VKYC process ? For me it's showing that ( Vkyc not available right now kindly choose later option) . But when I track using my application ID it's showing that ( we have received your application and it's under process )

You have to complete the vkyc or else physical kyc will happen and it will be a lengthy process

Any update same happened with me also today!.
 
For me, no vkyc link has been sent. I talked with customer care for two times... they are telling, they are having some technical problem in their VKYC portal ..thier team is working on it. once that problem gets resolved, vkyc link will be sent.

Bob the builder does all kinda non-sense that's why I opened zero balance account just to skip vkyc in cc application 😅

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to a technical issue, we're unable to send you the video-KYC link to complete your application.

To expedite your application, we're arranging a physical KYC verification at your residence. Our representative will contact you shortly to schedule a convenient time or, if the technical issue is resolved, we'll send the video-KYC link to your registered mobile number via WhatsApp and SMS.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to serving you with our BOBCARD services, offers, and benefits.

Thank you for choosing us.

I have experienced the same for almost 02 months with the same template replies from customer care and escalations teams however my VKYC was completed on the day of card applied. I have requested them to cancel the application at the end because of these responses.

The application was cancelled and post that I have applied the new application, it got approved without VKYC and Physical so not sure whether they considered my previous VKYC here or not.

In How many days was it cancelled. Neither VKYC nor Physical Happening.
