i have a b3 plus savings account when i opened the account i received a visa classic debit which i had blocked it later and later got a virtual debit card , but when i click on apply for physical debit card i get a error that no eligible account or card found for issuance through mobile banking

You can convert b3plus account variant to any other variant by visiting branch..

today, I visited my base branch, the staff member first denied this card and then called someone in Gurugram branch,he told me to fill form and that he will apply after confirmation.

also got confirmation that I can open a Bob Lite as well even if I have an advantage savings account.

Visited nearby bob branch. They denied EMT card saying it is not showing in their system. They even called someone to confirm. Please update here if someone gets their hands-on this card.

Can I downgrade my account from bob super after getting rupay select and EMT card?

I also applied for bob rupay select but they issued me rupay select ncmc. I clearly mentioned what I want to them still they issued me this card. In my bob world application only rupay select ncmc was available for issuance too. Is it same as rupay select wellness card? There is no mention of ncmc rupay select varient on bob website either.
