Just now opened the Privileged Salary (SB 177) account with BOB.
VISA Sapphire is LTF. Received the card. But no 750 Lifestyle voucher.

Can anyone confirm RSDC and EMT are LTF for my salary account?

I applied both cards. RSDC received.

Branch has no idea about RuPay cards. They said only VISA Sapphire is LTF.
My account balance is 0 at that moment.
When will the charge for these cards? If these are not LTF for me?

You can't get Rupay Select DC in advantage account.
Convert your account to super savings account and you will get the option to apply Rupay Select DC

Upgradation takes 2-3 hours after request, so better try from app, if it doesn't show in app then again go yo branch and request select
