Have any of you faced issue with not receiving the big basket gift card after redeeming even after 48 hours? What to do?

did anyone successfully booked flight ticket with BoB EMT debit card in Ease my Trip? I tried booking 2 days ago, the coupon worked fine but during payment, the payment page showed an error saying the card is not supported as of now. Tried a few times, everytime got the same error. I was in a hurry so I didnt take a screenshot.

This card doesn't work most of the time on anything. Always throws error.

Maine bob lite se upgrade karvaya tha bank se . Par aaj tak card show nahi kiya . Bank me 1 mahine pahle apply Kiya tha abhi tak bank walo ne apply hi nahi kiya
