Is the first-year fee reversal on spends of 25K done instantly as spends of 25K are settled before statement generation? Also, are there any exclusions on the 25k spends for fee reversal? Had seen your post earlier and I was expecting that once 25k is done, fee will be revered. I have completed 25K spends and transactions are settled today, but fee is not reversed yet.

I am a Radiance Customer from a long time, I knew that Eterna Credit Card is complimentary for Radiance Customers but I didn't knew that its LTF also. Then I asked @SSV and @jetesh about it in Radiance Banking Thread, they recommend me to apply for Eterna through branch as they will attach some Radiance proof.

So I went to branch and asked for Eterna Credit Card, there was an agent, she had good knowledge about their products, she processed everything quickly on their online portal of bob cards, she attached the Radiance tag also (it was a finacle screenshot of my account showing radiance which was signed and attested by some senior officer in the branch), it was processed within minutes.
Documents required were 2 passport size photo, aadhaar original and photocopy, pan original and photocopy.
That's all, it was a nice experience in a PSU Banks, felt like a private Bank.

R u sure about online portal?
My agent told we need physical application with 1 passport size photo, aadhar pan xeroxes and account finacle

They ask for physical application with all the Xerox but they apply from their online portal only.
In my case also they asked for physical application but they applied from their website.
Since it's a PSU physical form is necessary 😅.
I had mentioned in my post about all the required documents.

What i was conveyed is, they need physical application only which will be couriered to hyderabad

I have upgraded from Premier LTF to Eterna recently. Following my request, they sent me a form and asked for photo, pan and salary slips. I mailed the scanned copies and received the card within a week.

Bob is renewing joining spend offer of reward points, fitpass enen on card network change. On top of that got noise earbuds spend based offer. Have changed the network third time now. Rbi bamboo dhamki always works with them

My Eterna is 1 month old, after how much time can i apply for network change and what will be the procedure.
