Might already aware but incase if missed / need short version:

Effective 1 Jan, 25.

BOB Eterna will not provide any rewards for below categories:

- Transportation
- Telecom / Utility
- Supermarket
- Departmental stores
- FastFood Restaurants (Swiggy/Zomato provides)
- Insurance
- Govt.
- Rent
- Education
- Wallet
- Fuel

Absolutely '0' reward points. Moreover processing fee might applicable if you transact in these categories which can be 1.18% and above.

# Note: Above might count for milestone which is 5L and get extra 1% but that fee eaten by processing fee.

Bro which MCC or which wallet was working for 15% points? I just discovered this today and HDFC Payzapp is charging conv. fees for my Rupay Eterna. From your post till now did you try again if it's working or not?

All wallets give reward points on Eterna. I have personally used Payzapp, Mobikwik, Amazon & Cred. Currently none of the wallet transactions are working at least for me. Based on my chat with support, this seems to be a wider issue affecting other users.

Try smaller amounts 5k around...and once it's starts failing give 10-12 hrs gap & try again.
