The 080 Lounge, T2, has a separate reception area for VIP Lounge access.
For Arrival Lounge : Common reception.

I can see they gave 5X rewards points in the statement generated. Since I had used close 2.7 lakhs in first months Soni thought 10k points was for milestone. But milestone points not credited yet . Any way card fee reversed in first bill only and now it’s annual fee will not be charged . When do they credit milestone rewards ?

After 20days of giving documents, got application number.
After 12 days, causally mailed crm about delay being a Masterstroke customer, they confirmed application declined.
Agent said application on hold, need to relogin. I disagreed as it creates new application and new cibil enquiry.
Mailed to level 2,they too said declined & told to apply after 6 months.

Saturday i got verification call asking address and email.
Today home verification done by field agent.

Don't know what BOB is upto. Nothing less than a circus there.

Even I have similar experience with BOB Cards. Worst application process ever.

That’s how it goes. I got BOB card in my 3rd attempt with all clear history. None takes responsible in BOB card application process.

Seriously BOB did physical verification for 10L QAB account while my aadhaar address, account address being same.
Seriously is that even an ethical bank?

I chose masterstroke for 2 reasons
1. For ltf, whether temporary or permanent. Ready to take risk
2. To skip physical verifications. As mine is a village, if bank guys come and ask several questions and take pictures of home,here people will spread different news which panics family.

But but but this 3rd class BOB bank failed in both aspects. If i could manage physical verification, I could have for premier ltf through c2c online then this scrap eterna which will be converted to paid after acc closure. Clown bank

I'm in that category too lol. In 2023 I applied eterna paid through c2c with 6L axis card. Somehow managed physical verification positively.
Still they declined that. God knows the reason
