I emailed them on 21st Jan at 2:41 PM and received the answer the next day at 2:16 PM.
Most importantly, I got BOB card within 14 days( Application to Delivery) without any verification and BS.
Also, I found a hack will explain in a new thread very soon.
Breaking News for BOB customers

It appears that both BOB and IndusInd Bank are entering a new phase of improved services. My recent experiences with both banks have been excellent, with significantly faster and more efficient service compared to their previous performance records.

It appears that both BOB and IndusInd Bank are entering a new phase of improved services. My recent experiences with both banks have been excellent, with significantly faster and more efficient service compared to their previous performance records.
January seems bright for them. But my December experience is very bad with BOB.

I did not anticipate such a precise and on-point response to my query. And the response time was less compared to my previous interactions with them.
Even though I mailed them on 24th Jan regarding Indusind Delight DC they replied me back within 24 Hrs. This time the reply was vague and need to do back and forth with them.
 
IndusInd's customer care representatives are notorious for being the worst among all bank customer care services in this universe and even in parallel universes.

Fortunately, my RM is very efficient and handles most of the tasks on my behalf. The only requirement is to include her in CC whenever I send an email regarding any matter.

Let me tell you a simple scenario, I have received 2 PP’s to my Indulge card and immediately sent mail to priority Indulge care and they took 6 weeks of sweet time to give me a proper answer. @Anindya98 you’re really lucky to have good experience with IndusInd and BOB card too.

What is the hack for Bob to respond faster? Please let me know as I have a query going on with BoB since a month and everytime they reply please wait 5 working days.
