No .. I also raised the same issue and it's not MCC issue. They have stopped reward points on these MCC.

BoB has stopped providing any reward points (i.e. zero rewards) on most of the spends like Supermarket (Bigbasket, Amul, Swiggy, Reliance etc.), Convenience Store (McDonalds, Pizza Hut etc), Fast food restaurants etc.

Where do they people spend money??

Also all transactions below 100 will not fetch any rewards.
Not sure if any credit card has seen such shitty devaluation.
This is borderline scam on the people.

It's high time that we dump this fraud cards just on the lure of unlimited lounges and move to something better.

I am getting Zero points almost everywhere on BoB Cards after devaluation. Don't really know where do they want us to spend money online to be eligible for points.

With BOB is very difficult because of some many MCC exclusions. I have kept it just for bank discounts

Faced the same issue in my latest statement. Previously I used to get rewards on almost all online transactions. But they've included most of those in excluded categories. Here is my email trail with them. Merchants like Bigbasket, Jiomart, Akshaykalpa etc are excluded.



Had fun with this card in last 2 years. time to move on and shelf it 🙂

Since July 2024, BoB cards are mostly for bank offers (unless someone is a domestic traveller with Eterna card)

They seems to have been following SBI Card to the extreme level, i.e. to not have good reward structure, but to rather have more engagement keeping the credit card to its bare minimum.
Atleast SBI have Cashback card, but BoB Card does not currently have anything interesting in its arsenal. DC from BoB are more rewarding in few ways than CC.

Tiara is simply a Eterna + (partial) Rupay Select mix breed and that too is limited to a gender.

So BoB likely would continue to expand this brand/sale engagements rather launching new cards anytime soon.

I finally got my eterna rupay approved, along with add-on.

When I try to link it to UPI on primary number, it always detecting add-on card.

Any idea how this issue can be resolved.

You have kept the same no. For add on and your primary card. Which I didn't do and my 3 Eterna are working flawless on upi
