BOB Eterna rewards

BOB Eterna gives 3.75% for online shopping. Rewards used to post as soon as the transaction is posted. Last few weeks I see that my transactions at Amazon has not earned any rewards. Is this an issue only for me or others also not receiving rewards for last week?

I think you may be correct. I had been relying on the online reviews that show the monthly spend target. I will go throught the mitc in detail.

EDIT: The attached rewards T&C document clearly states the rewards points are per statement cycle.

The cap is per calendar month.

So my card was upgraded to Eterna on 2nd July and 2 statements have been generated since then. I have already spent 1 lakh+ on my Card and still not received 10K welcome points.

Any idea by when they credit the welcome points?

Can confirm this, I got it in my 3rd month statement..(recieved this month)
In statement, its written spend based reward 10000.

My 10K welcome points were credited before the 3rd statement generation. It appears that they credit the points immediately after the 60-day grace period ends.

I'll be converting my Visa to Rupay now. Let's see if they are ready for LTF conversion.

Is there any way to earn 5x on rent payment using Eterna beyond Payzapp? My PZ has reached annual limit! I use Redgirraffe generally.

Did your statement generated? Does it shows any reward points in that statement?

They exclusively block selected users from rewards if they come to know you're using the card on wallet spends.

I made two transactions on BigBasket on the add-on card but got 0 rewards. This is a new card and I haven’t loaded up any wallet etc yet to cause points to be suspended.

On calling them the lady said these transactions are grocery/supermarket so 0 rewards. But shouldn’t I be getting at least the base RP of 3 per ₹100 even for this category?
