Bob eterna

I have applied for bob eterna online, faced few problems didn't find any option of applying c2c and in the end couldn't upload income documents. What should I do now.
Will they reject my application?
I have saving and current account with bob still I will have to go with physical verification ?

Every 6 months same response from them. Any idea on the internal criteria of holding back the application? Credit Exposure? More CIBIL enquiries?

We have 2 Bank of Baroda branches in our town and they issue credit cards, on reaching the branches they are not willing to help.

public sector banks always ( or mostly for some people ) check for credit exposure, but that can also make approval with less limit. There are number of reasons may assume here, like your profile got blocked due to some address or earlier incorrect details or purely based on unluck.

Instead of asssuming, I suggest to you (if still want this card, which is not good IMO) use RBI rule of 'rejection reason' and try to get valid reason. Based on that either escalate or resolve.

A bank account maybe helpful (with those bank people, instead of only CC relationship), so take that as last option.

Note: You can open Ombudsman complaint (after properly escalating to get valid reason for rejection) after 30 days of no solution.
