Welcome Benefit-
2000 Joining Rewards on spends of ₹5000 or more within 60 days of card issuance.

Fuel Benefit-
Get 24 Reward Points for every Rs. 150 spent on HPCL fuel station
Maximum 1000 Reward points per statement cycle.
1 Reward Point = Rs. 0.25
So, value back = 4%
You have to spend Rs. 6300 on HPCL fuel station to get maximum reward, 1000 reward points.
Get 1% surcharges waiver, Upto ₹100 per statement (Rs. 10,000 worth of fuel)
Minimum transaction value- Rs. 400 & Maximum- Rs. 5000
Additional, 6 Payback points (1.5% Value Back) for every Rs. 100 spent on HPCL fuel station via HP Pay app.

Ohh, First saved your card from website and then try through HP Pay App.

Also contact BOB CC and RuPay support on twitter and told them card is not accept on HP Pay app.

It was already added through website when I added money to the wallet last time. But still it doesn’t show up in the app.

Yesterday, i complaint about RuPay-JCB debit card is not supported on Paytm wallet loading.

Within 24hrs, RuPay customer support on twitter fix this problem.

Since, you both guys have BOB HPCL Energie RuPay JCB credit card. Complaint on RuPay customer support on Twitter about HP Pay app is not support RuPay JCB credit card.

Premier to Eterna Upgrade

I've recently emailed to eterna@bobfinancial.com for upgrading my Premier card to Eterna. They have asked me to do the process online but since I already hold 1 BOB card, there is no option to apply for 2nd card. How do I do it? Offline? or with conversions@bobfinancial.com. Conversions team...
