I used the BOB HPCL ENERGIE card to purchase petrol from HPCL petrol pumps, but neither I am getting the 4% rewards nor getting the surcharge waiver. I am getting normal reward points for fuel purchase also. what to do?

I usually hear worst about bob customer care but i had this same issue with my energie card(with 4 different bunks). I thought of closing my card because of this and wrote an elaborate mail with screenshot of all my different fuel transactions attached. surprisingly within 2 days they acknowledged the error and reversed all my previous surcharges and told the accelerated points will be credited within 10 days. You can try sending screenshot of your transactions too. Sadly now,I am planning to do this exercise once after every bill generation😅😅😅. Additionally they told one of the bunk of those 4 cant be classified as petrol pump.
