I have a Bob Premier Rupay LTF CC.

I got whatsapp message from Bob:

I applied and got LTF virtual card instantly. This is a digital card and physical card will NOT be sent.

Got the digital card LTF and the option to convert to Physical card is available now. The only doubt is will it remain LTF or not after conversion.
Any confirmations?

In this email reply, they did not mention anything about the LTF status after conversion, did they? i guess they did not understand your query properly.

They mentioned card is LTF with card number if they charge you (they cannot now) all you need to do is show the email with card number as proof and they have to reverse the charges or face RBI action

This 40 is not normal cashback. It's form of Wallet cashback which can't be transferred to bank account or to pay using merchant QR

No. That is card specific. You get reward points that can be redeemed as statement credit (1rp - 0.25rs, minimum 500 points for redemption)

Also they said they couldnt find my info in system so asked for my PAN and mobile number after I gave them that they took 2 days then they replied confirming LTF
