BOB HPCL Fuel Rewards. BOB is High On Life?

1) Can someone check their bill/statement and confirm if they are receiving accelerated RPs on fuel using BOB HPCL ?

2) -----:backhand-index-pointing-down:
I Got BOB HPCL in July 2024.
Couldn't use it for fuel in July but I did some fuel payments at HPCL pumps in August.
When I looked at the RPs balance after Aug bill generation, I assumed that accelerated RPs were credited for those fuel spends. So didn't bother to check the Aug statement.

But today, when @image mentioned that he/she are not receiving the bonus RPs for fuel spends then I had to go and check the Aug statement.
This is what I found.
Below screenshots contain all the trx from my August statement. I hid non-fuel spends(not required here).
Look at the RPs earned for fuel transactions - 7, 10, 7, 7 :ROFLMAO:
BOB HPCL claims 24 RPs per ₹150 on HPCL Fuel spends.

Adding the RPs as per the above statement equals to ₹142

But... look what they have mentioned in the RPs earned during this cycle column

Now, can someone tell me, is it me or is BOB high ?
Any explanations/clarifications ?

HPCL (for that matter any bob card has base reward rate and accelarate rate, do check again) has base reward rate - 2 reward points for every 150.

on fuel it accelarate 12x (=24 RP), and on departmental stores 5x (=10 RP)

what you see on regular txn page, base reward rate.

556.49 / 150 x 2= 7.4 (round down) = 7
757.50 / 150 x 2= 10.1 (") = 10

But in reward points earned column you'll have total points which is after accelarated count..

7x12 = 84
10x12 = 120
7x12 = 84
7x12 = 84

total fuel points = 372..

rest of them match with other purchases in a similar calculation.

Better know about card benefits and the way they use wording their website.

You should know about card benefits and the way they use wording their website before blaming someone :person-facepalming:
Not blaming anyone here!!
As i mentioned in the post, i was asking if others are seeing the same thing(only the base reward) in their statement.
It was a query!

But in reward points earned column you'll have total points which is after accelarated count..

7x12 = 84
10x12 = 120
7x12 = 84
7x12 = 84

total fuel points = 372..

Anyways, thanks for explaining!

when do we get points? in App it's showing me base reward points only.
