It has been a month since I started with BOB Premier Credit Card, 1st statement generated and paid. 2nd month cycle going on.
3 days ago I read about BOB Snapdeal Credit card which provides 10 rp (2.5%) on every 100 spent offline at grocery and departmental capped at 2000 rp (upto rs.20,000 spends). I find this card very much rewarding for my spends even at yearly fee of 249+gst. I don't have ace card.
So, I wish to know if upgrade from premier to snapdeal is possible. If yes then how to do it, do customer care on call will be able to do this process? Pls suggest.
